Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Associate is responsible for providing support to execute marketing programs for the Extremity Orthopedics Franchise related to development of Graphics, promotional material, coordinating events, trainings, and tradeshows.

Marketing and Communication

  • Develop basic marketing communication and graphic design content

  • Develop Graphic Design concepts for powerpoint and promotional material

  • Assist in Creation of visually appealing Powerpoint presentations for marketing team for business reviews, trainings and programs

  • Assist in design and approval of labeling, PMAP routing

  • Liaison between marketing team and corporate marketing group, coordinating the generation and maintenance of marketing materials (eg. sales aids, product brochures, trade advertising, training manuals, show materials, updated branding, etc.) from project initiation through completion

  • IPad application maintenance and support

  • Support product launch/maintenance initiatives through routing of marketing documents such as product labeling, packaging, promotional material, part number updates, capital expenditures, etc

  • Manage Marketing Demos, Technical Training Kits, and literature inventory

  • Generate sales analysis reports

  • Assemble, manage and summarize market research data reports

  • Maintain tracking of all department budget information, including individual monthly summaries of expense vs. budget

  • Manage Price List database and updates

  • Provide Administrative Support

  • Responsible for handling Sr. Director Marketing correspondence; scheduling; travel, expenses

  • Support shipping/mailing of marketing materials

  • Effectively handle confidential information

Training

  • Maintain a working knowledge of product features/benefits, product complaint procedures, competitive activity, and current customer/sales force issues.

  • Administration and creation of training materials

  • Generate Sales & Marketing Support Materials

Labs

  • Coordination for EO team and participation of educational labs and related logistics

National Accounts

  • Work with Enterprise team to Populate product database for Bids

Surgeon Education / Tradeshows

  • Liason between EO marketing team and Corporate Marketing team to manage tradeshow logistics, ensuring appropriate material is requested, shipped and arrives at location (demos, literature, banner stands, table cloth.)

  • Oversee EO event planning and logistics

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for his position.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing or related discipline.

  • 0-3 years of related experience

  • Excellent knowledge of database, design, Internet software as well as Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to travel 10% of time
