Responsibilities

  • Receiving of Goods – count verification – reconciliation to purchase order

  • Material movement throughout the facility

  • Stockroom Maintenance

  • Monthly Material Cycle Counts (inventory)

  • Coordinate with outside service vendors (shipping & receiving of materials)

  • Maintain accurate materials documentation

  • Transfer inventories between warehouses

  • Assist Customer Service in product returns

  • Perform all shipping activities – order fulfillment – packaging

  • Hazardous waste management

  • Assign Data Logger when needed – record vendor & logger number

  • Limited interaction with vendors

  • Assist QC & Manufacturing when needed

  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

  • 2 – 4 years Warehouse experience

  • Shipping & Receiving documentation experience

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

  • Medical device environment experience (preferred)

  • Must be reliable

  • Basic computer skills
