Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process allograft tissue that is used for surgical implantation

  • Use aseptic technique, machinery, instrumentation and equipment to evaluate,

  • cut, shape and package implantable grafts that meets specification

  • Accurately complete paperwork and perform data entry where required

  • Preform scheduled cleaning of clean rooms per SOP

  • Perform lab support functions such as, set-up and breakdown of clean rooms,

  • properly clean instruments per SOP and handling of donor tissues

  • Performs any other related duties as required

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s degree of Science preferred and/or Surgical Technologist / Sterile Processing Certification.

  • Knowledge of sterile technique. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
