Responsibilities

This position provides supervises and provides financial support and analytics to the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, Codman Specialty Surgical. Analyses include, but are not limited to: Full P&L Management, including Forecasting and Budgeting. Provide commerical oversight to field organization as well finance leaders. PResentation preparation for leadership meetings, Management of analysis and systems updates.

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required. MBA is a plus, but not required

  • Previous Pharma or Med device background a plus

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting roles including Financial Planning and Analysis and/or Budgeting

  • Strong Excel skills and facility in financial modeling desired

  • Detail oriented; strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills in conjunction with the ability to interact with all levels in the organization are a must

  • Experience with multidimensional databases such as Hyperion, BPC or TM1 is a plus
