Responsibilities

Provides coordination and administrative support for Talent Management and Talent Acquisition teams:

  • Coordinate logistics for all Talent Management (including Learning & Development) programs and some Talent Acquisition processes, including candidate expenses.

  • Support Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion projects and presentation preparation

  • Process & monitor vendor contracts/purchase requisitions, invoices and other payments, including candidate out of pocket expenses

  • Provide administrative support, including meeting planning and logistics for several HR leaders

  • Track employee referrals and payments.

  • Provide Tier 2 TA & TM systems support.

Qualifications

  • 2 years Human Resources experience or Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field preferred

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proficient with MS office. Advanced skills in Excel & Powerpoint preferred

  • High attention to detail with strong project coordination skills

  • Good communication skills and knowledge of business etiquette

  • Customer service and detail oriented

  • Ability to handle highly confidential material

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
