Provides coordination and administrative support for Talent Management and Talent Acquisition teams:
Coordinate logistics for all Talent Management (including Learning & Development) programs and some Talent Acquisition processes, including candidate expenses.
Support Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion projects and presentation preparation
Process & monitor vendor contracts/purchase requisitions, invoices and other payments, including candidate out of pocket expenses
Provide administrative support, including meeting planning and logistics for several HR leaders
Track employee referrals and payments.
Provide Tier 2 TA & TM systems support.
2 years Human Resources experience or Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field preferred
Strong communication skills
Proficient with MS office. Advanced skills in Excel & Powerpoint preferred
High attention to detail with strong project coordination skills
Good communication skills and knowledge of business etiquette
Customer service and detail oriented
Ability to handle highly confidential material
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
