Integra is a leader in applying principles of tissue regeneration to the development of medical products for reconstructive, neurosurgical, orthopedic and spine procedures. Reporting to the Director of R&D, this position is responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the successful planning, direction and execution of one or more product lifecycle projects. This person will ensure clear communications with stakeholders and partners, as well as, participate in organizational issue resolution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversight and accountability for cross-functional team performance, project schedule and execution, budget commitment and spend.
Leads cross-functional team to define project scope and strategies and key deliverables to achieve critical milestones in accordance with product lifecycle management.
Continuously interacts with all functions and levels of management to ensure effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders
Ensures identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan and leads cross-functional team in the proactive management of risk response strategies
Anticipates potential conflict situations for proactive solutions and manages conflict situations to result in win-win outcomes
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.
Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, engineering, medical device science or related discipline from an accredited university or college. Advanced degree or PMP certification is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of product development or project management experience in a highly-regulated product development environment with design control experience.Demonstrated success in leading multi-site projects is preferred.Regenerative medicine experience is a plus.
Good written, oral and presentation skills with effective interpersonal and leadership abilities.
Demonstrated competencies in all aspects of project management.
Periodic domestic and/or internation travel required.
Must be able to travel via car and/or airplane to domestic and/or international locations.
